The historic Point Spring, shown on old topographic maps, still flows from a cliff cave and gravity-feeds several stock tanks used by wildlife.
Wildlife is a major part of what makes this ranch special. The river canyons serve as natural big-game corridors, while the combination of water, forage, riparian habitat, rugged terrain, and protected bedding areas supports elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, pronghorn, bear, and abundant bird life. Bighorn sheep have also been reintroduced into these canyons, adding another remarkable species to this diverse landscape. Located in Colorado Game Management Unit 128, the ranch offers excellent hunting and wildlife-management potential.
Miles of old trails provide endless opportunities to explore the property by horseback, ATV, or on foot.
